GUARDING DIVISION
As required, all on site staff have been trained by PSIRA affiliated companies to meet the requirements to carry out their duties. Each guard is paraded, by managers, before being transported to their sites, to ensure the standard of appearance and dutiful performance is at its peak 24/7. Each site is inspected at random at least twice a day to ensure standards, performance and duties are performed at the highest quality. We ensure that the equipment handed to staff to provide them with the means to protect themselves and clients as well as their assets is off good quality.
TRAINING
Members of Project 360 has undergone training in accordance to PSIRA requirements and have received, shadowed and experienced training from many government organizations as well as private security services in South Africa. We aim not only to provide jobs but also ensure education is put first to provide our clients and public a professional experience as well as well informed advice for safety and security to form a partnership with all law enforcement agencies.
